Stacey Boyle, Ph.D., directs Element K’s Solution Architect organization. Boyle oversees new solution services business, supporting consultative solution development with an increasingly broad scope, and facilitates the implementation of improved program management processes and methodologies. Prior to joining Element K, Boyle was Senior Director of Blended Learning Services and a Solution Architect within SkillSoft’s Solution Services organization. Additionally, she served as a Practice Director of Thomson NETg’s Evaluation Services. While at Thomson NETg, she was chief architect of a state-of-the-art evaluation and ROI model aligning critical client business needs with measurable outcomes. Boyle has served as a program evaluator for National Aeronautical & Space Administration; a training evaluator for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture); and a Director of Training for Platinum Technology (now Computer Associates). Boyle holds a B.A. in Psychology, a M.S. in Psychometry, and a Ph.D. in Educational Research and Evaluation from Oklahoma State University. She has authored numerous publications in the area of workplace learning, and has taught a variety of courses ranging from Statistics to Psychology. |
