Stacey has more than 20 years of experience in financial and operations management. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Internet Brands, Inc., a pre-IPO internet company. Stacey served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Senior Vice President of TTM Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded, high-tech manufacturing company where she was led a $180 million IPO as well as secondary offerings. Prior to TTM, she was Business Manager, Commercial Business, ARCO Products Company at Atlantic Richfield Company, serving as Chief Financial Officer for $1.2 billion consolidated group of 7 companies. Stacey holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance with Concentration in Strategic Planning from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
