Stacey Faraci is an associate in the Litigation Group. She represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including intellectual property and entertainment litigation. Stacey has represented a variety of clients in copyright infringement, trademark, trade dress, unfair competition and defamation actions. Stacey’s representative matters include:
Obtained summary judgment in favor of major motion picture studio in copyright infringement action concerning the content of a recent blockbuster movie
Represented designer and manufacturer of novelty toys in copyright and trademark infringement action and reached a favorable settlement prior to trial
Representing major hip-hop music label in litigation against infringer of its trademarks and obtained dismissal of all counterclaims filed against the label
Represented an apparel manufacturer in litigation against company responsible for the branding and licensing of client’s merchandise and reached a favorable settlement prior to trial
Obtained favorable settlement for internationally known DJ in a multi-million dollar trademark infringement and breach of contract action against major entertainment venue
Stacey is a 2002 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a Dean's List student. She did her undergraduate work at Fairfield University, where she was inducted into Sigma Tau Delta, the English International Honor Society, and Psi Chi, the National Honor Society.
