Stacey J. Hanna, resident in the Florham Park office, is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Stacey was Corporate Counsel at Pfizer Inc., in Morris Plains, NJ and an associate in the Corporate and Finance department of Mayer, Brown & Platt in Manhattan.
As a member of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group, Stacey focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities matters, licensing and distribution arrangements and general corporate counseling.
In General. Stacey received her J.D. from Cornell University School of Law in 2001, where she was the recipient of the Cornell Excellence for the Future Awards in Mergers & Acquisitions and Public Law. She earned her bachelor's degree with honors from Hamilton College in 1997.
