Stace has over 20 years experience in all aspects of taxation including income tax planning for closely held businesses and high and middle net worth individuals, estate and gift tax planning, income tax planning for estates and trusts and client representation before federal and various state and local taxing authorities.
SPECIAL EMPHASIS:
Stace covers many areas of business, individual and institutional taxation affecting our clients, including multistate business operations. He oversees and directs the registration procedures and filings for businesses entering and withdrawing from various states in the U.S. He is a former revenue agent with the Internal Revenue Service for more than 4 years and is now our leading partner representing our clients in income, estate, sales and payroll tax matters with federal, state and local tax authorities. Stace also represents our clients in tax collection matters including arrangement of installment agreements and submissions of offers in compromise.
Stace is involved in every aspect of our tax practice and he specializes in estate and gift tax planning, estates and trusts income taxation and retirement distribution planning, including IRA's, 401(k)'s, pension and profit sharing plans. In addition, Stace oversees the preparation of "formal accountings" of estates and trusts for various surrogate courts and assists in the proper administration of estates.
