Sreekanth co-founded the company in 2004 and has been the driving force behind the company’s market-leading solutions for protecting customer data and safeguarding intellectual property. Prior to Code Green, Sreekanth was Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SonicWALL (NASDAQ: SNWL), a leading provider of Internet security solutions from 1991 to 2002. Sreekanth led the company through a successful Initial Public Offering in 1999 and a secondary public offering in 2000, growing the company profitably to 500+ staff and an installed base of over 500,000 security appliances through a worldwide channel of 10,000+ VARs. Sreekanth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. |
