Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Spencer's responsibilities include residential and commercial building evaluations, structural investigation, and repair design for private homeowners, homeowner associations, and commercial property owners throughout Metro Denver. He evaluates existing structures and determines causes of damage and also reviews ongoing and as-built construction to verify compliance with structural and civil code requirements. His forensic investigations include water damage due to expansive and collapsing soils as well as construction and design defects. Spencer has attained working knowledge in solving problems in construction/ installation of sanitary, storm, and water pipelines along with curb, walkways, ponds, retaining walls, and other structures. He has extensive experience with large-scale project management and design.
