Mr. Sorin Georgescu joined the Company in October 2001 as vice president of technology. Mr. Georgescu has over 20 years of semiconductor device and process development experience at such firms as Tripath Technology, SanDisk, Power Integrations and Spectrian. His experience includes CMOS, BiCMOS, HVIC (High-Voltage Integrated Circuits) and non-volatile memory technology, processes and architectures. He received a MSEE degree from Polytechncial Institute in Bucharest, Romania. |
