Soojung Kim is a Research Analyst in the Regional Economics group at the Institute. Her research interests include regional economics, economic development and infrastructure. Her expertise covers econometric modeling, transportation network analysis and GIS applications. Kim has participated in research projects on national and regional economic impact analysis, applying Input-Output models and other econometrics models. Prior to her graduate study at the University of Southern California, she was a transportation researcher at the Seoul Development Institute. Kim received her Ph.D. in urban planning from the University of Southern California. She received a bachelor’s degree from Yonsei University and a master’s degree in city planning from Seoul National University in Korea. |
