Sonny works closely with Duo’s clients to develop their online business and marketing strategy. He implements and manages Pay-per-Click (PPC) and Organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns. He offers consultation and implementation support for permission based email using ExactTarget, Duo's preferred email service provider. Since 2002 Sonny has provided strategic online marketing consultation to law firms and others using web analytics to help drive website and business performance. Sonny is a serial entrepreneur and business marketer beginning when he introduced Apple Computer to the Chicago market in 1977 and grew his business into a $30 million multi-store retail chain and technology consulting practice. Merging his business into the consultancy Friedman, Eisenstein, Raemer and Schwartz (FERS) he inaugurated their Internet practice. Sonny served as VP of Business Development for startup Primecom, an online e-commerce application service provider, and VP of Marketing for NextPart, Inc., an Internet-based distributor of recycled auto parts. Sonny is a regular contributor to the Duo Blog, speaker at Content Matters, author of several online marketing whitepapers and a content contributor to the 2007 publication of the law firm focused Three Essential Media Relations Tools. He has served as a panelist at the Marketing Partners Forum and NE Legal Marketing Association Annual Conference. In 2006 he presented seminars at the Minnesota Legal Marketing Association Regional Conference and the annual Federation of Humanities Council Conference. In 2007 Sonny presented a seminar on web analytics at the annual Legal Marketing Association Conference in Atlanta, moderated an online marketing panel at the Meritas annual Marketing Conference in San Francisco and conducted an online webinar on behalf of LexisNexis. He will be presenting a seminar at the LMA Midwest Regional Conference in September, 2007. Sonny is a member of the Web Analytics Association, Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization, the Legal Marketing Association and the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association.
