Sonia has extensive IT leadership experience including leading and managing off-shore subsidiaries for IT companies. Most recently, Sonia was the co-founder and CEO of OAS Information Systems (OASIS), an IT Products and Services company. Under her leadership the company registered consistent year on year growth before its acquisition by TrueAdvantage in 2005. Prior to OASIS, Sonia worked for Software Associates International (SAI), New Jersey a healthcare solutions provider, as part of the core technical team. She began her career with CMC Ltd, then one of the top 5 software companies in India. Sonia has a Bachelor’s degree (honors) in Computer Science from the University of Bombay, and has completed training conducted by the Stanford Center for Professional Development
