Solveig Romand is a Director with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. Solveig’s search experience spans industries dependent on technology, providing her with a broad understanding of executive talent capable of adroit leadership in evolving global business environments. A member of the firm’s Global Technology, Media & Telecom Practice, Solveig assists clients in building strategic executive teams for pan-European assignments. She has been instrumental in the successful placement of senior operational and functional management executives for a variety of clients affected by the convergence of technologies. Solveig possesses more than a decade of executive search and consulting experience. She gained understanding of the technology industry and related services as a consultant with Morgan Howard, a technology boutique search firm. Later Solveig was a member of the Technology practice of Whitehead Mann Group. In 2005 she joined Quorum Managed Services to service Cisco’s recruitment processes and headcount expectations along with their Human Resources and Operations departments. A graduate of the Institut Superieur de Gestion, Solveig is fluent in French, English, and Spanish. She is based in the firm’s Paris office. |
