Rosenthal has been Of Counsel to the Los Angeles office of the law firm of Arnold & Porter LLP since July 2000. Prior to that he was Of Counsel to the Los Angeles law firm of Blanc Williams Johnston & Kronstadt, L.L.P. from May 1996 through June 2000. Prior to that, he was a senior partner in the law firm of Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger from 1974 through April 1996. Rosenthal has served as an arbitrator in entertainment industry disputes since 1977 and as the Writers Guild-Association of Talent Agents Negotiator since 1978. He is a former member of the Board of Governors, Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, on which he served from 1990 to 1992; he is a former President of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and a former President of the Los Angeles Copyright Society.
Rosenthal, 69, is the Chairman of the Compensation Committee of the Board. |
