Ms. Sotoudeh is a Professional at Ocean Park. She is a corporate consultant active in private equity and corporate finance. She has extensive experience in venture capital and private equity investing. She was formerly at GE Equity, the Private Equity arm of GE Capital as an investment professional. In her last position, she was a Vice President in the Technology and Telecom team at GE Equity were she was involved in evaluating, structuring and managing over $500 million of investments in the software market. Prior to GE Equity, she worked as a Research Analyst for Gabelli Funds in New York recommending under-valued stock for the Small Cap Fund. Prior to that, Ms. Sotoudeh was an Associate at Coopers & Lybrand's Financial Advisory Services specializing in the high tech industry.
