Before joining MTS in February 2007, Mr. Skaterschikov was Director, Investment Banking at Dresdner Kleinwort responsible for bank’s Russian IPO business. Prior to that he had senior executive roles at a number of companies, including a listed corporation Unified Heavy Machinery (OMZ) and an online brokerage arm of Bank Austria Creditanstalt in Central Europe.
Graduate of Moscow State University specializing in regional economics and American studies, and Global Executive MBA, Class '03 (Duke University's Fuqua School of Business), Sergey has over 15 years of venture capital, private equity and M&A, experience in Russia and abroad, mostly in the capacities of board level executive or transaction leader. Sergey is a non-executive board member of a number of listed and private companies including two London Stock Exchange listed groups OAO OMZ and OAO LSR, and Chairman of IndexAtlas Group, an investment boutique he established in 2001. |
