Siva has been with CS Solutions since year 2000 and leads the Indian Operations of CS Solutions where he is responsible for developing delivery and practice competencies at the offshore facility. He also oversees offshore operations, which includes human resources, pre-sales and solutions support. Siva has more than 15 years of experience in business and information technology and brings expertise in numerous ERP, E-Commerce and Data Warehousing initiatives and projects. Prior to CS Solutions, Siva worked for Maars Software International, where he managed the SAP practice group. He has also worked in various leadership roles Godrej Saralee, Andrew Yule and Grasim Cements in India. Siva holds an engineering degree from Madurai Kamaraj University, India. |
