Professor Siro Polo Padolechia is the Chairman of EURO-CHINA: a non-profit, non-Governmental, independent and self-financed Association. It was set up in 1986 under the name of E.A.C.T./EURO-CHINA (European Advisory Council for technology trade), modified into EURO-CHINA International Association in 2001, according to the French law of 1901. It has "Consultative Status" at the United Nations.
Professor Siro Polo Padolechia will be signing an agreement with ITS cooperate in the business of cleaning polluted air in China using new remediation technologies, providing new technologies in trash to energy, and building power plants using coke oven gas power generation for clean burning energy.
EURO-CHINA's office is located in Menton, France with corresponding offices in various European countries and in China. Its Board of Directors consists of a group of outstanding personalities from academic, diplomatic, financial, economic and industrial circles in Europe and China. The Chairman of EURO-CHINA is Professor Siro Polo Padolechia, who is the last descendant of Marco Polo, former Ambassador and Special Envoy in China of the United Nations and the European Commission, and President of the International Marketing Federation.
