Simone Jorden is an associate in the Global Finance Department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. She joined Milbank´s Frankfurt office in 2005. Simone Jorden specializes in acquisition and other structured finance transactions, and has advised various financial institutions, investors and borrowers in connection with such transactions.
Simone Jorden was born in Munich in 1974. She studied law at the University of Passau and obtained her doctorate degree (Dr. jur.) from the University of Munich. As student and trainee she gained experience in various law firms in London, Buenos Aires, Sydney and Munich. Before joining Milbank, Simone Jorden was an associate at another major international law firm in Frankfurt.
Simone Jorden has been admitted to the German bar since 2001 and speaks German, English, French and Spanish. |
