Simon Moutter was appointed Chief Operating Officer, Business in April 2006. He is responsible for all of Telecom's managed customer business, including Gen-i and Telecom Business Solutions, as well the small enterprise segment. He is also responsible for Ferrit the online shopping website. Before joining Telecom in 1999 Simon worked in various senior management positions in Taranaki, including CEO of Powerco Ltd, General Manager of New Plymouth Energy and Station Manager at the New Plymouth Power Station. Simon has a Masters Degree in Engineering (Electrical) from Canterbury University and a Bachelor of Science (Physics) from Massey University. He enjoys spending time with his family, and fast motorbikes. |
