Mr. Holden is a solicitor who specializes in company law and corporate finance, and has extensive knowledge of the UK’s financial markets. His main area of work focuses on assisting private companies to gain a listing on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange (AIM,) and to advise AIM-listed companies. Mr. Holden has represented private and public companies in the biotechnology, financial services, gaming, mining and technology sectors and concentrates his practice on advising overseas companies wishing to list on AIM. Mr. Holden has assisted companies listing on the Main Market, AIM, OFEX and ShareMark. Teacher Stern Selby is a law firm based in central London which specializes in corporate, litigation and property law. Mr. Holden graduated with a LLB (Hons) in Law from Lancaster University School of Law (1998) and qualified as a barrister after studying at the Inns of Court School of Law in London, England (1999).
