J. Simon Stubbings has served as Chairman of our Board of Directors since May 2004. Mr. Stubbings has served as a director and a member of our compensation committee since January 1998. He previously served as a member of our audit committee from 1998 to 2003. Since 1997, Mr. Stubbings has been self-employed as a consultant providing legal services. Since August 1999, Mr. Stubbings has served as a non-executive director of Hitachi Credit (UK) PLC, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Stubbings served as the managing partner for Theodore Goddard, a law firm in London, England.
Mr. Stubbings received an Honors Degree in History and Political Science from the University of Dublin. Mr. Stubbings qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1972. |
