Academic Background: Graduate in Business Administration (1972) and Accounting Sciences (1974) from the Economics, Business Administration and Accounting Sciences Faculty of the Universidade de São Paulo, with a Master’s degree (1982) and a Ph.D (1994) in Controllership and Accounting from the same faculty, both obtained with honors. Concluded the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University, USA (1985). Lecturer at the Universidade de São Paulo since 1976.
