Silvia was welcomed to Continental in 2002 after developing her skills through a wide variety of jobs over 15 years in the industry. Her background is extensive. She has worked closely with underwriters and attorneys on IPO’s and has supervised a number of transfer functions. Most recently, she had been responsible for supervising a service area responsible for shareholder telephone and correspondence inquiries. Prior to her work in the industry, Silvia taught English. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. |
