Mr. Fuchs is president and CEO, and a director of OAO Technology Solutions, Inc (OAOT), a privately held global IT company that supports government and commercial customers worldwide. Previously, Mr. Fuchs served as a corporate officer of Northrop Grumman Corporation and was president of Northrop’s Civilian Agencies Group and TASC, Inc. Prior to this he held various leadership positions at Rational Software, Oracle and Digital Equipment Corporation, and served as a Central Intelligence Agency Officer from 1987 to 1995. In 2002, he was nominated by the White House and received a federal appointment to the Board of Visitors, National Defense University (NDU) and in 2003 was named an NDU Distinguished Visiting Fellow. A published author and speaker, Mr. Fuchs is also a member of the CEO Panel for the Information Technology Association of America’s (ITAA) Coalition for America’s High Tech Future and served on the boards of AFCEA International, Millennium Bank, Roam Secure, Inc., Joint Military Intelligence College Foundation, Fairfax County Public Library Foundation, Tower Club, the LSU Department of Mechanical Engineering, the Potomac Officer’s Club, the Northern Virginia Technology Council, and Pi Tau Sigma. He earned BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Louisiana State University and has completed numerous executive programs. |
