PRACTICE DESCRIPTION
Mr. Reppert’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation in the federal courts involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. He is experienced in complex litigation involving a wide range of technologies, as well as in alternate dispute resolution. In addition to representing clients at trial and on appeal, he works with the firm’s high technology and biotechnology attorneys drafting opinion letters evaluating patent litigation risks and developing litigation strategies.
Mr. Reppert is the author of Lahive’s publications, To Sue or Not to Sue? A Decision Tool for Patent Holders and To Fight or to Settle? A Decision Tool for Determining the Right Patent Defense Strategy.
Mr. Reppert was named a Massachusetts SuperLawyer in 2006.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Mr. Reppert has extensive trial and appellate experience in which he has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property lawsuits. He has written and lectured extensively on litigation-related topics. In the business arena, he was Chief Executive Officer of Incogno Corporation, an Internet start-up, and President and Founder of LawRisk, Inc. a multidisciplinary consulting firm. He served as an officer in the U.S. Navy’s Submarine Service. |
