Shy S. Baranov is an Israeli Law Specialist in the Corporate Department of Sullivan & Worcester LLP s Boston office and works primarily for the firm s international joint venture (ZAG/S&W LLP) with the Israeli law firm Zysman Aharoni Gayer & Co. (ZAG). Prior to joining Sullivan & Worcester, he was elected partner at ZAG.
