Mr. Zhang has served on our board since 2000. From 1995 to 1999, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at UTStarcom. Formerly, from 1991 to 1995, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Starcom, a company which he also co-founded.
Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Beijing Polytechnic University. |
