Mr. Kurosaki brings a wealth of experience in private company financial management and oversight to MacuSight. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Kurosaki served as director of finance at Oculex Pharmaceuticals where he coordinated and oversaw the company's financial reporting and budgeting responsibilities until Oculex's acquisition by Allergan. Immediately following the acquisition, he assisted in the transition of financial responsibilities and information.Prior to his work with Oculex, Mr. Kurosaki held the positions of controller at Lumenare Networks and manager of assurance and business advisory services at PricewaterhouseCoopers.Mr. Kurosaki, a certified public accountant in California, received his bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration on accounting and marketing from the University of California at Berkeley. |
