Shoshana Vernick Board of Directors Shoshana is a Principal for Sterling Capital Partners and her responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, structuring and monitoring buyout transactions. Previously, Shoshana was an associate at One Equity Partners in Chicago, the private equity arm of Bank One Corporation which manages over $3.5 billion of investments and commitments. At One Equity Partners, Shoshana worked on direct private equity transactions including venture and management buyouts. Prior to her role at One Equity Partners, Shoshana was a senior strategist at Razorfish, a digital solutions provider headquartered in New York City. Prior to that, she worked at Merrill Lynch in New York as an investment banking analyst in the global industries group. Shoshana serves on the boards of MetroGroup Holding LLC and City Year Chicago. Shoshana received a B.S. with honors from Indiana University in accounting, finance and international studies. |
