Ms. Kaul is an associate in Brown Rudnick's Corporate Department.
Ms. Kaul's legal experience includes an internship at the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts. During her internship, she assisted in an antitrust investigation of a large health care system and wrote legal analyses regarding antitrust violations within health care establishments.
Additionally, Ms. Kaul worked as a registered patent agent at the offices of Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe and Foley & Lardner, both in Washington, D.C., where she prosecuted pending patent applications through the United States Patent and Trademark Office. At Heller Ehrman, Ms. Kaul also worked on trade secret litigation and drafted an interference for an internationally recognized client.
