Shirley Huang graduated from Loyola Law School in 1999, where she was an editor for the Loyola International Law Review and a member of the Willem Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court. She received her double Bachelors of Arts degrees in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1996.
Ms. Huang practices in the area of securities litigation, mainly focuses on class actions in both federal and state cases. Ms. Huang legal work experience includes clerking at the FDIC in Washington D.C. and the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, and externing for the Honorable Kathleen P. March in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. Ms. Huang is admitted to practice law in California.
