Mr. Takeichi joined the Company in early 2004 as Manager of Business Development and was promoted to Director of Business Development in 2005.
Prior to Panacea, he served as Senior Marketing Manager for seven years at ASAHI GLASS Co., Ltd. in Japan in charge of global sales and marketing of synthetic quartz glass for Photomasks, semiconductor manufacturing devices, and as well as DNA and protein chips. During his employment at ASAHI GLASS, he served as a representative of the Labor Union acting as mediator between employees and management. He was a member of the Review Board for Human Resources, and advised management on the hiring of candidates. He also sat on the Disciplinary Board while at ASAHI GLASS. |
