Dr. Chang has over 18 years experience in EDA research, development, and management. He previously managed and developed several successful EDA products. He was a key architect for the flagship Place & Route products at Avant! and Cooper and Chyan Technology. He also worked as research staff at IBM Watson Research Center. Dr. Chang received his BSEE degree from National Taiwan University and his PhD degree in EE from the University of Maryland. Dr. Chang is the author of US patent featuring the "Path Relaxation Global Optimization" optimization techniques. |
