Shilpa's primary responsibility is to commercialize all of the Semtek Security Solutions that are based on the Cipher Security Module. This task involves "productization" which is the process of determining what features, in what order, get included in each product release. She also manages all of the engineering resources that are assigned to the Cipher programs, with primary accountability for hitting development and commercialization milestones. Shilpa is an Accenture alum, having led a variety of senior consulting projects while there focused on the wireless sector and those firm's intense customer support requirements. Immediately prior to Semtek, Shilpa was the Director of Operations at EWI, responsible for all major deployments, including that firm's first major retail installations. Shilpa received her BS from UCLA in Engineering. |
