Ms. Pang joined the firm in 2007 as an associate in the Business Department. She specializes in general business and corporate matters with an emphasis in corporate governance, securities and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pang was associated with Cooley Godward Kronish LLP in Palo Alto and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York.
