Ms. Shiqing Fu has been our Director since we were established. From 2001 to 2004 Vice general manager of Chongqing Deheng Securities Ltd., Zhongshan Sub-road Department. She took charge of all operation, management and assessment of performance, etc. And from 2004 to 2006, Ms. Shiqing Fu has been the General Manager of Chongqing Jiarun Accounting Office Ltd. She took charge of management of operation of the whole office such as deciding the internal management structures of the Company and enacting the basic management system for the company
