Tried bench and jury cases defending wrongful discharge allegations, race discrimination, disability, age, and sex discrimination; Manufacturers Representative Commission; breach of commercial contract; guaranty; and other commercial litigation.
Serves as facilitator and mediator in employment disputes.
Principal negotiator for management during collective bargaining on behalf of clients in the manufacturing, moving and storage, service and non-profit.
