Woody`s practice focuses on general corporate and securities matters, involving both domestic and international transactions. During his more than 25 years of legal and business experience, Woody has served as outside and in-house corporate counsel, including positions as senior securities counsel, vice president, and secretary of one of Houston`s largest companies.

Woody served in 1990 as Adjunct Professor of Law, University of Houston Bates College of Law. He has also lectured at legal education seminars on limited liability companies and small and emerging businesses in Texas.
