Sherry Olin Lemonick has over 20 years of legal experience with all phases of emerging growth companies from formation through exit (via IPO or sale of the business). She counsels her clients in corporate and financing matters, labor and employment issues and regulatory issues. With a degree in accounting, and a strong business background, Sherry also provides business-related and legal advice in connection with:
