Ms. Clark
is an associate with the firm, where she practices in the firm's Labor and Employment Department. Her practice includes representing and advising employers and management on labor and employment issues including wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, and wage and hour compliance.
Ms. Clark speaks on employment law issues for the Chamber of Commerce, Lorman Education Services, and private employers. She is a member of the Young Business Council and currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Human Resources Committee for the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii. Ms. Clark received her B.B.A. in Human Resource Management from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa and later received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the William S. Richardson School of Law.
During law school, she was the managing editor of the University of Hawai'i Law Review, published the article entitled "Employment Discrimination Because of One's Arrest and Court Record in Hawai'i", and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for both Constitutional Law I and Evidence. |
