Shen Diancheng, aged 48, is the Vice President of the Company and concurrently the General Manager of Chemical & Marketing Company .
Mr. Shen is a senior engineer and holds a college degree. He has nearly 25 years of working experience in China 's petroleum and petrochemical industry. Mr. Shen has been the Deputy Director of Chemical Agent Plant of Daqing Oilfield from June 1994, the Deputy Director, standing Deputy Director and acting Director of Daqing Oilfield Chemical General Plant from January 1997, the Standing Vice General Manager of Daqing Refining & Chemical Company from October 2000, the General Manager of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company from April 2002, and the General Manager of Jilin Petrochemical Company from November 2005. Mr. Shen was appointed as the Vice President of the Company and General Manager of Chemical & Marketing Company since June 2007.
