Shelley and her husband Jamie Kelly started Kelly MarCom in 1996 with the idea of creating an integrated marketing communications firm with a focus on brand strategy and strategic marketing planning.
As CEO of Kelly MarCom, Shelley provides the strategic vision for the firm and is focused upon fully developing the firm’s convergence marketing offerings so that clients can compete even more effectively in the regions’ rapidly transitioning economy. Her pro-active, hands-on approach to business development and strategic planning provides the rhythm that keeps Kelly MarCom’s team on-point.
A graduate of NC State University, Shelley has received numerous accolades for her professional successes. She is one of the Triangle Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 for 2007. She has also been honored with the 2005 Women in Business award from the Triangle Business Journal and the 2006 Sanford Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business Owner of the Year award, to name a few. |
