Shelley is assuming the role of President of this Division having previously held the position of Senior Vice President with Sterling Management, a subsidiary of The Continental Group in the Tampa Bay area. Her scope of responsibilities includes operational oversight and business development for investment properties, i.e. multi-family, rental and resort communities. In her expanded role, Shelley will have the same scope inclusive of The Continental Group and Sterling Management brands which aim to align and expand the business opportunities in this client segment across the state of Florida. An alumni of the State University of New York, Shelley is a native of England and 20 year resident of the Tampa Bay area.
