Sheilah Hogan received a B.A. in Fashion Design from the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Art, Architecture, and Planning. Sheilah then spent her first years in New York, consulting in Apparel Design and Product Development. In 1993 Sheilah recognized an opportunity to use her design, business and communication skills for staffing those companies and spent eight years in recruiting and marketing for the apparel staffing industry before establishing 24 Seven, Inc. in March 2000 along with Gudas and Kagel.
In 2001, Sheilah spearheaded and managed the opening of 24 Seven's second office in Los Angeles, California. Sheilah has forged partnerships with numerous industry software companies, like Gerber Technology and Karat, in order for 24 Seven to provide free training to their candidates, preparing them for both immediate placement and long-term career success. Sheilah is also constantly working on improving the technology at 24 Seven, encompassing the company's web-based database and the recently relaunched Web site. Sheilah has been a member of Fashion Group International for nine years. She is also a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts and since 1998 has been a lecturer on career development for the graduating classes at the Fashion Institute of Technology and the Parsons School of Design. |
