Sheila Quinlan has worked for Northeast Security since 1987. Ms. Quinlan oversees human resources and operations. She is responsible for the implementation of the company's credit union, health plan, 401(k) plan, and the employee referral bonus program. In her 17 years with Northeast Security, Ms. Quinlan has managed a Department of Defense account, coordinated coverage for special events, and overseen operations at office buildings ranging in size from small to high-rise. She is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security and the Society for Human Resources Management. |
