Sheila Z. Collins is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Silicon Valley office. She is a member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology Department.
During law school, Sheila served as a legal extern to Chief Justice Ronald George of the California Supreme Court. She researched issues for staff attorneys and helped draft judicial opinions.
Sheila was also a member of the Journal of Science and Technology Law at Boston University Law School. Her student note, "Sharing Television Through the Internet," was published in 2006 by the Texas Review of Entertainment & Sports Law of the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
Sheila is admitted to practice in California.
