With over 20 years of diversified operations experience in the banking industry, Ms Moran served as Senior Vice President and Compliance Officer for Business Bank of California until its acquisition by UnionBanCal in 2004. Prior to the merger of Metro Commerce Bank with Business Bank, Ms. Moran served as Senior Vice President and Director of Operations for Metro Commerce Bank. Prior to joining Metro Commerce Bank in 1998, Ms. Moran was employed as the Compliance Officer and Internal Auditor of Surety Bank, and served in various positions at First National Bank of Marin, and Redwood Bank. Ms. Moran has also provided independent examination consulting services, including performing audit review in areas of compliance, operations, and lending at various financial institutions. Ms. Moran received her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Berkeley. |
