Mrs. Brand joined CLP Holdings Limited in September 2005 and is responsible for overseeing the legal affairs of the CLP Group.
Prior to joining CLP Holdings Limited, Mrs. Brand was a partner of a U.K. law firm and based in its Hong Kong office. She has over 25 years of experience of working in private practice in Hong Kong. While working in private practice, she obtained experience in the development and acquisition of infrastructure projects including energy projects throughout the Asia Pacific region and of advising on a broad range of commercial and dispute resolution matters.
Mrs. Brand is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, England & Wales, Scotland and New South Wales and as a solicitor and barrister in Victoria.
