Shawn Renzo joins the First Choice Management Team as Vice President of Sales and Operations. The outside and inside sales teams report to Shawn as well as the claims processing operations personnel. Prior to joining FCS, Shawn was employed with Nationwide Insurance Company for over seventeen years in various management positions in several states and regions. Most recently, Shawn held the position of a Regional Claims Director for Allied Insurance, a Nationwide Company. His most recent responsibilities included a seven state auto claims operation which he successfully managed from the Denver Regional Offices. Renzo brings extensive experience gained over his seventeen year career at Nationwide/Allied. He has demonstrated exceptional skills in controlling loss cost expense, introduction of innovative customer solutions, and perhaps most importantly, Shawn hired, groomed and successfully inspired a talented management team which consistently delivered high customer service metrics. During his seventeen year career, Shawn held numerous management positions for Nationwide Insurance and relocated several times throughout the US. His industry certifications are extensive and include: the I-CAR platinum individual certificate; ASE Certified Estimator designation; an Associate Certification in Claims designation AIC, and most recently he completed the designation of CPCU. FCS is delighted to have Shawn on board where he will report directly to the CEO, Jacqie Soechtig and has relocated to Salt Lake City to fully engage as a key part of the senior leadership team! Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from College Misericordia and an Associates Degree in Technical Studies from the Community College of Rhode Island. |
