I only work with companies with a strong reputation and the highest integrity. I work with candidates to understand their career objectives and work to match their objectives with a great company opportunity. I screen with my clients exact needs in mind. This way I do not waste the time and money of my client, the candidate, and my firm. I primarily conduct all searches from networking. I will make every effort to understand the goals of both the candidate and hiring manager to assure a positive fit in the placement.
